When designing the headquarters for this Coconut Grove real estate firm, our goal was clear from the start, create a space that feels nothing like a traditional office. For a team that collects art and values beauty in everything they do, we designed an environment that blurs the line between a refined workplace and a curated gallery. Warm oak built-ins run throughout, adding warmth and texture while housing an impressive collection of art and design books, ceramics, and personal objects that speak to the team's creative sensibility. Steel-framed glass partitions keep the space open and connected, while dedicated coworking areas invite collaboration without sacrificing comfort or style. A sculptural live-edge bench and a striking wall installation of collectible objects set the tone at the entrance, making an immediate impression on every client who walks in. Private meeting rooms feel intimate and considered, each with its own character, cognac leather seating, statement artwork, and sweeping views of the grove. This is a headquarters designed not just to work in, but to be inspired by.
